Shipping Processing

We're typically able to ship orders within 1-3 business days (except for sales and pre-orders). Once your order has processed, it will ship according to your selected shipping method.

Shipping Time

Shipping time frames do not include processing time.If you are needing your items quickly, we recommend purchasing expedited shipping to help speed up the process.

Standard Shipping：15-20 business days.We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters, shipping company errors or other uncontrollable factors.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, tariffs and other related taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs office and will be borne by the recipient.

We cannot predict these charges and do not include them in the order price. Please understand the import tax policy of your country or region before purchasing.

If you refuse to pay the duties or taxes and the package is returned, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting all shipping and handling fees.

We will provide you with order confirmation and tracking numbers via email, so that you can view the order status and shipping progress in real time.

You can enter the tracking number on our official website to view the latest updates of your order.

If you encounter any problems during order processing or shipping, our customer service team will contact you in time.If your package is lost during transportation, please contact our customer service team in time. We will assist you in communicating with the shipping company and do our best to resolve the problem.

For verified lost packages, we will provide corresponding compensation or re-shipment services based on the order value and shipping method
