- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains.
- Shoes without the original box
- Items with hygienic liners may not be returned if the liner has been removed or tampered with, at the discretion of customer service.
Initiate Return

Reasons for the return/exchange,Photos of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, clearly showing the item(s) and the attached tags.
We will process your return request within 3 days and provide you with further instructions.(During holidays, the response time will be delayed.)Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.Once we confirm the item has been returned correctly, your refund will be processed.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will send you an email notification confirming whether the return is approved.Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Faulty Returns
Unfortunately, sometimes garments are faulty as a result of a glitch in the manufacturing process or develop faults during wear. If you identify a fault on delivery, please send the item back using the enclosed returns label and we will replace it (subject to stock availability).
If the item has been returned within our 15-day returns period and we are unable to replace it, we will send you a full refund.

Please remember to keep the tracking information of the return package. In order to ensure a smooth return process and to ensure the safety of our customers and business, we kindly ask you to keep the tracking information of the return package. At the same time, if you return an order for personal reasons, the additional costs incurred in the return will be borne by the individual.
Oder Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
